Spicy baked feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • herbs, Italian
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pierce the top of the feta cheese lightly with a fork. Carefully drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and herbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Place the feta on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place it in the oven. Remove the feta from the oven when it has melted and has a light brown crust on top. Tip: As a main course, garnish the feta with delicious fruits such as grapes, figs, or pears. It’s best eaten warm, as this gives it the best texture.
