Iceberg lettuce with tuna dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil, e.g. olive oil
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Dice the onions and mince the garlic. Mix the vinegar, oil, onions, garlic, and tuna. Season with pepper and toss the dressing with the salad.
