  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 10 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-carb

Mix the quark and egg together and bake in a Microcook or other microwave-safe container for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped hazelnuts. Delicious with a variety of toppings.
