Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 tsp, heaped paprika powder
- 4 tsp, heaped garlic granules
- 1 tsp, heaped ginger powder
- 1 tsp, heaped cumin, ground
- 1 tsp, heaped turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp, heaped chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, heaped herbs of Provence, dried and ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
in stock (for a small screw-top jar)
Mix all the spices thoroughly and pour into a small screw-top jar. If desired, mix the spice mix with a little oil to form a paste and rub it into the meat. Let the marinated meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It’s great for grilling or stir-frying.
