Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • 5 peppercorns
  • 500 ml vinegar (fruit vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the raspberries. Peel the ginger and cut it into sticks. Place the raspberries, ginger, and peppercorns in a bottle. Pour in the vinegar and seal the bottle. Let it steep for 4-5 days. Filter. Keep refrigerated for about 1 month.
