Quick fish sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 200 g fish fillet(s)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Marinate the fish fillet with lemon juice. Slice the onions into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the salted and peppered fillets, then the onions. Brown the fish and tear it into small pieces. Deglaze with a little water. Add tomato paste and season to taste. Serve with pasta and rice.
