Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- olive oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in olive oil. Then add the garlic (also finely chopped). Fry the garlic briefly and then add the tomato paste. Stir everything together and add the can of tomatoes to the pot. Season with spices and oregano. Purée the tomatoes (if not already chopped) with a hand blender. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the tuna and stir. Serve with spaghetti.
