Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, grease the muffin tin with a little butter, then place the bacon slices crosswise in the muffin tin. Then, add one egg to each tin and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning.
