Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 500 g beans, green, frozen
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes, peel if necessary, and cut into quarters or eighths. Toss the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil, the garlic, rosemary, and the spices. Transfer to a shallow baking dish lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (fan oven). Toss the beans with 2 tablespoons of oil and, once the baking time is over, add to the baking dish, mix well, and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C (fan oven). This serves as a side dish for four people.
