Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 3 peach(s) , (vineyard peaches)
- 6 plums (greengage)
- some lemon juice
- 4 cubes ginger (sugared ginger cubes)
- 250 g yogurt (soy, soy yogurt, natural)
- some raw cane sugar, to taste
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut

vegan, with soy cream, for ginger junkies let it steep for 3 hours
Wash and chop the fruit. Finely chop the ginger and mix it with the lemon juice. If you really like the taste of ginger, let it steep for 3 hours. If you prefer a more subtle ginger flavor, you can serve the salad after half an hour, adding the ginger shortly before eating. For the topping, pour the soy sauce into a bowl, sweeten to taste with the raw cane sugar, and stir in the desiccated coconut. Serve the topping separately from the fruit salad.
