Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g tofu
  • 70 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsp oil (olive oil
  • pepper
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a marinade with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Slice the tofu and marinate for 15 minutes (on both sides). Coat the tofu slices in whole wheat flour and fry in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side. The marinade gives the often bland-tasting tofu a delicious flavor.
