Zucchini rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 zucchini cut into thin slices lengthwise
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g cream whipped with cream stiffener
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, salt, chili
  • some flour
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Coat zucchini slices in flour and fry in olive oil until light brown. Drain on kitchen paper and let cool. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together the whipped cream, cream cheese, squeezed garlic clove, and diced bell pepper to make a filling. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and chili powder/or Tabasco. Spread the filling on the slices and roll them up. Serve with fresh baguette.
