Cheese and tomato gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mild sheep’s cheese
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), fresh, red or dried, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the feta cheese and arrange them in a small, ovenproof dish, tiled like a roof. Top with the tomatoes, halved or pierced with a toothpick (to prevent bursting). Sprinkle with chopped leeks and parsley, crushed garlic, and the dried, crumbled or finely sliced ​​fresh chili pepper. Mix together the vinegar and oil and drizzle over the top. Bake in a preheated oven with the grill function on the second shelf from the bottom for about 5-8 minutes.
