Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 wraps
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- ¼ bell pepper(s)
- 6 tbsp coleslaw
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 4 tbsp mango chutney
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and bell pepper, remove the seeds, and chop very finely. Then mix the cucumber and bell pepper pieces with the curry powder into the coleslaw. Spread 1 tablespoon of chutney on each wrap, season lightly with pepper, spread 2 tablespoons of the mixed cabbage on top, and roll up the wrap. As a variation for non-vegans, even if it sounds a bit strange: top with Parmesan cheese – it’s delicious.
