Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of Romanesco
- 2 tbsp olive oil, maybe a little more
- some sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Divide a sheet of baking paper into 4 equal pieces. Cut the Romanesco into florets. Spread the Romanesco on the 4 pieces of baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Seal the baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C with top/bottom heat for approximately 15-20 minutes. It goes well with veggie patties, grilled cheese, or baked potatoes. It also goes well with many meat dishes, and is also a great side dish for grilled steaks and other dishes.
