Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g apples, peeled, sliced
- 150 g carrot(s), peeled, sliced
- 150 ml orange juice
- 250 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp orange peel, e.g. Finesse
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the apples and carrots in a mixing bowl for 10 seconds on speed 8-10. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4. Then cook for 20 minutes at 100°C on speed 2. Test for setting. Blend for 10 seconds on speed 8 and pour into two jars. Turn the jars upside down and let cool.
