Asparagus salad with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g asparagus, freshly cooked or 2 small cans
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 150 g yogurt / sour cream
  • Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • some dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light and delicious

Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the onion and add it to the pan. Mix with yogurt and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
