Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g asparagus, freshly cooked or 2 small cans
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 150 g yogurt / sour cream
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
light and delicious
Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the onion and add it to the pan. Mix with yogurt and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
