Wild garlic cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ bunch wild garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Starter, serve with baguette

Mix the cream cheese with the paprika powder. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the wild garlic and fold it into the cream cheese along with the crumbled feta cheese, the finely chopped onion, and the olive oil.
