Cucumber salad like mom's

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and peel the cucumbers, then grate them into sticks. Add vinegar, oil, and sugar. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Tip: If you like, you can refine the cucumber salad with finely diced onions.
