Beat egg whites until stiff and stir into the quark. For an even more refined flavor, add a few squeezes of lemon or cinnamon. You can also add watery fruits if you like. In the summer, simply freeze for a few hours and enjoy as ice cream, or simply pop it in the oven for a few minutes and enjoy warm.
