Basic ice cream recipe, without an ice cream maker

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
  • 2 cups of whipped cream (400 g)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon, optional
  • 2 tbsp nut nougat cream, optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, optional
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Very variable

First, whip the cream, then add the condensed milk and mix with the cream. You can now add any flavoring you like to the base mixture. Then, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe plastic container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Remove the ice cream about 5 minutes before serving to make it easier to scoop out with an ice cream scoop or spoon. On its own, without adding cinnamon, lemon, hazelnut spread, or similar, the ice cream tastes similar to vanilla ice cream.
