Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g minced beef
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chili pepper(s) (jalapenos), green, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Low carb, made without buns or breadcrumbs
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or your hands. Moisten your hands with cold water and form small patties. I get about 6-7 out of them. Brush a nonstick pan lightly with olive oil and heat. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. They taste good hot or cold. I think they’re great as a snack on the go or to take to work. Add a salad and you have a delicious, low-carb meal. Tip: If you’re using fresh jalapenos, use fewer, as they’re hotter than pickled ones.
