Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar, e.g. mirabelle plum vinegar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper, coarsely ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
perfect with green leaf salads and goat cheese
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. The dressing tastes best with boring green leaf salads, where it also adds just the right amount of color.
