Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g sauerkraut (3-minute sauerkraut with bacon)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ pineapple (sweet), fresh
- 10 g walnuts, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the sauerkraut. Peel and finely dice the onion. Halve a quarter of fresh pineapple lengthwise, remove the hard core, and peel. Then cut into small pieces. Place everything in a bowl. Add the walnut oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped nuts and mix well.
