Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 350 g cooked ham
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 4 medium-sized gherkins
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of Fondor
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 400 g herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

great with baguette, great party snack

Finely dice all solid ingredients (e.g., in a food processor) and mix everything together. Tastes great with baguette. You can add more or less ham to taste.
