Pineapple-blueberry smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ small pineapple
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 grapefruit(s), red
  • 1 small banana(s)

Instructions

Peel the pineapple and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut into smaller pieces. Pick out the blueberries and rinse them with cold water. Peel the banana and cut into smaller pieces. Peel the grapefruit with a knife and cut out the segments. Remove the seeds. Place everything in a blender and run on speed 3 for about 1 minute.
