Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, 0.1%
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with balsamic vinegar and yogurt, without oil

Mix balsamic vinegar with yogurt, mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with iceberg lettuce, field lettuce, leaf lettuce, tomato salad, cucumber salad, bell pepper salad, and much more. Of course, you can also add a little more yogurt for a creamier sauce!
