Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 100 g cheese, finely grated (Emmental)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oil
Instructions

as a spread, for dipping and for the buffet!
Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil over medium heat until translucent, then let cool. Mix the cream cheese, Emmental, onion, and milk well with a fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Pour the cream into a shallow bowl and sprinkle with a little curry powder and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The Emmental cream cheese cream can be prepared a day in advance.
