Mushroom sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the mushrooms. Dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Drain the resulting liquid. Deglaze with the white wine and reduce to a boil. Now add the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the Parmesan cheese, simmer for about 2 minutes more, and finally stir in the finely chopped parsley. Taste again and adjust the seasoning if necessary. This sauce goes best with pasta.
