Herb dip with goat cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g goat’s cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • some sea salt
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • some lemon juice
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Blend the goat’s cheese with the crème fraîche until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the herbs and shallots and season again. The dip goes well with vegetable sticks, fondue, raclette, grilled food, or simply as a spread on fresh bread.
