Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese with garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Stir in the finely diced onion and the fresh garlic, crushed into a paste. Season the cream with salt and pepper. It tastes great with barbecues, raclette, and fondue, or simply on its own with fresh bread.
