Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 6 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 6 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs), frozen (or fresh)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

goes well with raw vegetables, crackers and savory snacks

Mix all ingredients well or shake in a tall mixing bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
