Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 4 limes
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- Tarragon, fresh
- rosemary
- Parsley
- chives

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Delicious and light grilled dish
Juice the limes and mix with the herbs (just enough) and a pinch of sugar. Season with salt and pepper, then marinate the meat for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator. The pieces of meat will take on a whitish color during the marinating process; this is normal. Grill until crispy, turning occasionally. Of course, you can also cook the steaks in a grill pan on the stovetop. All in all, a wonderful, slightly acidic flavor.
