Cheeseburger with blue cheese

Mix the ground beef, onions, horseradish, thyme, salt, and pepper together and form 24 patties, each about 0.5 cm thick. Crumble the cheese and spread it on 12 of the patties. Place the remaining patties on top, smoothing the edges. Cook the patties on the grill or in a pan until they are nicely browned on both sides. At the same time, toast the cut burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Caution: They brown quickly on the grill. Place the finished burgers on the buns and garnish with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes as desired. Tip: You can also use fried onions, hamburger sauce, or mayonnaise.
