Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pumpkin flesh
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 point gelling powder, 1:3
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then cut the flesh into small, even pieces. Bring to a boil with the remaining ingredients and simmer for two to three minutes. Immediately pour into sterile jars and let cool. If desired, break the cinnamon stick into small pieces and place a small piece in each jar.
