- 500 g mushrooms
- olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions

Clean and stem the mushrooms, removing any skins if necessary. Place them in a bowl and pour olive oil over them, ensuring each mushroom is coated. Finely dice the garlic and add it. Mix everything well and season to taste. If you like it spicy, add some extra Chinese spice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator and then thread it onto skewers before grilling. Grill until the mushrooms have shriveled slightly, then enjoy hot. Also delicious pan-fried or oven-baked. A delicious herb dip goes well with it.
