Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tsp green pesto
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the bottoms, including the stems. Hollow out the tomatoes and season the insides with salt and pepper. Finely dice the feta into pieces approximately 5 x 5 x 5 mm in size. Combine the pesto, feta, and the garlic (pressed through a press or finely diced) in a small bowl, mix, and fill the tomatoes with it. Wrap the tomatoes in aluminum foil and grill for approximately 15-20 minutes.
