Fake semolina porridge made from cauliflower

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 30 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 30 g vanilla flavor, or whey protein powder
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces and boil for about 20-25 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and a little Xucker to the cooking water. Then remove from the heat and puree the cauliflower with a hand blender or a fork. Add the cream cheese, Xucker, and the egg white powder or vanilla flavoring. Mix everything well and let it sit for a moment. You can achieve the consistency of regular semolina porridge with a splash of milk.
