Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 4 tsp, leveled butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 slice(s) salmon – substitute

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread the white bread slices with butter or margarine. Peel and halve the eggs. Place one egg half on each slice of salmon, wrap it, and arrange it on the bread slices. Chop the remaining egg halves into small pieces and garnish the bread with them.
