Salmon sandwich rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 300 g double cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of toast (sandwich)
  • 200 g smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash and finely chop the dill. Mix the cream cheese and dill together. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and carefully roll them out slightly thinner between sheets of baking paper using a rolling pin. Spread the cream cheese on the slices and place the salmon on top. Roll up the bread, wrap in foil, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. To serve, cut each roll into three pieces and secure with a small skewer.
