Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 small slices of pumpernickel or black bread
- 100 g North Sea crabs
- 40 g butter
- 4 slices of salmon
- 4 tsp sauce, honey mustard sauce
- 1 small cucumber(s) for decoration
- 1 tbsp, heaped dill, n. B.
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Crab bread, tastes great and is ready in 5 minutes!
Spread the bread slices with butter and a little honey mustard sauce, then place the North Sea crabs on top and garnish with dill, if desired. Place 3 appetizers per person on a small plate. Arrange 1 slice of salmon (cut into strips if desired) on the plate with the remaining honey mustard sauce. Arrange the sliced cucumber or sliced cucumber figures attractively on the plate and serve. Also perfect for breakfast or brunch.
