- 4 egg yolks

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Small pancakes, become nice and fluffy
Mix all ingredients, including the salt, together. Let stand for 30 minutes. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Fry small pancakes, one tablespoon at a time, in the pan. They can be eaten with sweet or savory toppings, e.g., with a savory topping as an appetizer or finger food, as a side dish to savory main courses, or dusted with fruity sauce and powdered sugar as a dessert. Depending on your appetite and use, they serve 4 to 10 people as a starter, side dish to a main course, dessert, or snack.
