Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tuber/s beetroot, fresh, raw
  • 2 small apples, sweet
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 handful of spinach (baby)
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • Parsley leaves
  • ½ small lemon(s) or lime(s), only the juice
  • some water or juice to dilute

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vitamin bomb with lots of iron

Peel the beets, core the apples, juice the orange or peel and chop it, roughly chop the carrot, and squeeze the lime or lemon. Combine everything in a blender with the spinach, lamb’s lettuce, and parsley and blend until smooth. If desired, add water or juice to make the smoothie a little more runny. Enjoy fresh.
