Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g kale
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 figs, fresh
  • 350 ml still water

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

With fresh figs

Wash the kale and spinach and add them to the blender. Remove the stems and blossoms from the apple and figs. Cut into pieces and add them. Add water and, ideally, select the “green smoothie” setting in a high-performance blender.
