Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 100 g wheat bran
- 2 egg whites
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp soybean oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Low-carb beef meatballs
Combine ground beef, wheat bran, egg whites, cottage cheese, and diced onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form into meatballs. Heat soybean oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes on each side.
