Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 1 small can of tomatoes
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. herbs
- 3 slices of Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat oil in a frying pan, chop the onion and garlic, and fry briefly. Add the minced meat and fry everything thoroughly. Wash the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, and slice it. Add the tomatoes and season to taste. Let it simmer briefly. Finally, top with the Gouda cheese and cover the pan briefly until the cheese has melted.
