Protein bread with sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g bran (oat bran)
  • 50 g bran (spelt bran)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some fat for the baking tin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Then let cool and turn out onto a wire rack.
