Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pak choy (mini pak choy)
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1 piece(s) cucumber(s), 10 cm
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the bok choy and cut into thin strips. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and dice it. Wash and dice the cucumber. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the bok choy, tomatoes, and cucumber on plates or in bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
