  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp spirit vinegar
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 10 g sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, neutral
  • 1 tsp, heaped parsley, frozen if desired
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, thoroughly mix the water, vinegar, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, and sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the sour cream, vegetable oil, and parsley, and press in the garlic clove. Stir the dressing until the oil is well blended. The dressing tastes even better the next day, since everything has infused. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. It will keep well in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
